Thirdly, there are problems with the service provided to customers. A person finally responded to my inquiry, however she was useless and didn't address my matter thoroughly. Last but not least, the goods I received was of low quality and was not what was advertised. As a sports fan, I felt let down by my time spent shopping at Biggz.com. The website, product descriptions, customer service, and product quality all require work if the store is to meet the expectations of sports fans. If you need sporting goods, I wouldn't suggest going here.
