Compared to a $20 Logitech headset or any other headset, it's much better. But for the same price, the Plantronics Blackwire 5200 is MUCH better. I highly recommend the 5200. (Currently only available on the Plantronics website) More comfortable, better sound, and people on the other end of the line say they can hear me better. Details like the size of the cable (the Jabra is big and stiff, and when it's moved it rubs and creates noise in the headset, while the Plantronic is small and flexible and you don't even notice it). Plantronics 5200 seems to be part of my head. The Jabra seems to sit on top and slowly slide off, especially when I move at all.
