Nail technician's opinion: Nice but strong monotonous massage and quite big.

This motorized foot massager with hydromassage is a very pleasant foot massage. The massage function feels pretty good. It gets a little energetically monotonous and can be a bit tiresome after a while for those with sensitive nerves as all the massage rollers only move in one direction and at the same speed. It would be nice if they changed direction every few minutes and you could change their speed as well. But I believe you will still have a great massage experience just the way it is. It is enough for me to let the massage function stand for 10-15 minutes. The bubbles seem like a nice touch, but I really can't tell if they're on or not. Other foot massage spas have bubbles that are more like jets that come out from all over the bottom of the devices. You can feel that much better. The heating function in this device is the best I have ever experienced. It can get too hot in no time. I just have to raise it a few degrees so it gets too hot. It's nice when the water stays hot throughout the bath time. Most devices are not up to the task. The red light is a nice addition, although I'm not sure if it actually does anything. I know that red light therapy is good for pain and your skin, but I'm not sure if it's effective or if it can actually work through water that has some kind of soak added to it ie. Epsom salts, footbath bombs, etc. What I don't like is that it's very large and it's hard to see the functions next to the buttons. While the casters on the bottom of the unit make it easy to move from room to room, overall it's very large and very heavy when full. Having strength issues, I find it particularly difficult to pick it up and put it in a tub to empty it. It is marketed as easy to manoeuvre, but in reality it is not. Especially if you have to lift it up in order to be able to empty it somewhere. I'm not entirely sure how to solve this problem other than reducing it. It really is a giant footbath. I'm not sure if it really has to be that big. Also, I have a hard time reading the controls. I actually need a flashlight to see what each button is doing. All I see is a button with a small round icon on it. I don't see what it says about the function. I hope that one day I will remember the real functions. Overall, I love this massage foot spa. Some improvements could be made for usability, feature versatility, and better portability, but I still think it works well and offers a pleasant experience. I would recommend it.
