Wrong color

Black instead of brown I have problems every time I change the ribbon but the magician tells me it has nothing to do with the ribbon (although in a previous similar case they told me that it be so) Every time I change tapes I have a problem. This is getting more than annoying! And the software works correctly, the drivers are set up correctly, so how can you say it's not tape related when that's the only thing causing the problem.
