I have my Arlo system and cables from Revain. Shortly after installing my Arlo Ultra cameras, they began to intermittently fail. I have deleted and reset them several times. Then he replaced the cameras with new ones. The same happened with the new one. I opened a case with Arlo Support. Spoke to several advisors over the course of a few weeks. At one point, one of Arlo's employees asked me where I got the power cord. When I explained that it was from Revain, they informed me that these cables are unapproved, often fail and even cause permanent equipment failure. I bought new cables directly from Arlo, installed them and of course it worked. Why is Revain selling these cables under false pretenses? I would love to get back dozens of hours of my life that I have spent with this problem. And the cable costs too!
