Everything worked great at first, then the torque app just stopped connecting on my Atoto A6. Tried a few other OBD apps with the same result. Would like to swap it for a working one. To update; I have sent an email to Atoto asking for help regarding device replacement or sending troubleshooting steps. They were quick to respond with troubleshooting help and it worked like a charm. Here are the steps listed below if anyone is having trouble connecting to the device. This is especially common if you forgot to remove the device after changing the battery. 1) Open Bluetooth 2 and delete all paired devices. 2) Disconnect OBD2 and reconnect to your vehicle's OBD interface. 3) Bluetooth pairing and connection 2. with OBD2. When connecting OBD2 to Bluetooth, the message "Pairing with OBD2" will appear to request a password. 2.4) Check if the OBD2 indicator is on. 5) Open the torque app to see if the data can be viewed in the app. .
