It's very difficult to write a review on this mic because I don't speak to anyone other than Computer Cortana, so I don't know how the sound quality really is, though I Can Tell You definitely works, and Cortana has no trouble understanding what I'm saying, and I don't have to keep repeating myself. I had no problem "installing" it, I just plugged it into my computer's microphone port and it worked. The mic itself is light, I wish the base was a little heavier so it doesn't tip over as easily, or adjusting part of the mic lifts everything off the table, but for the price it couldn't be better. I've never had a mic before so I had no idea what the little knob at the base did and nowhere on or within the box explained what I was seeing, maybe I just missed it but that's um hold down the button to mute the microphone. This mic does exactly what I need without spending a lot of money so I'm very happy with my purchase.
