Review on Trixie Products Lucano Scratching Post by Stacie Bird

I am so dissatisfied with this device. Firstly it was sent in an unsuitable box which was destroyed upon delivery and some of the contents were missing. Delivery after 9pm in the dark. If I could see how badly damaged the box was, I would have thrown it out. It was messy because part of the box was wide open. Had to put everything back in the box with $6 strapping and 2 hours to repack and ship back. He's really heavy. UPS picked it up at my door for a refund. The replacement came about two weeks later. The same shitty box. This time two screws were missing and I couldn't put the top on properly and now I can't get it off either. I have to take a hacksaw to cut the screws and leave the top. The instructions are terrible as everyone said. Except above. The cats love it. The platforms are big enough for my two largest cats and the kitty loves hanging balls.
