Review on Weestep Winter Resistance Toddler Little Boys' Shoes in Boots by Ronald Wheeler

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Suitable for wide feet / high instep

I looked everywhere for winter boots that would fit my son's foot - poor chap has wide feet with a high instep. Finding shoes for him is next to impossible, but I bought them on a whim, thinking I'd probably end up returning them. I am pleasantly surprised that they are easy to put on and fit him well! He's only worn them a few times so far and we haven't gotten through the depths of winter so I'm not sure how they'll hold up, but I'm thrilled to be able to put them on him without a struggle. You look great too. We spent half a day at Nordstrom a few weeks ago buying him a pair of Sorrel boots (at a decent price) - they look just as sleek (if that's the word for winter boots lol) and seem to be the same quality to have, so it's a win-win option for me! If your child has a high instep, this could be the answer to your prayers - double velcro straps make all the difference in the world. EDIT: Four months of winter and still great!

Pros
  • My 3 year old son loves these boots. Ideal for cold, rainy or snowy days. Great fit and easy to put on.
Cons
  • Can't provide enough traction
