Update 1/26/2021 A customer rep contacted me and said I need to hold the power button longer (2-3 seconds) to turn on the device. And it works! I wish I knew that first. I suggested they at least put a sticker on the power button to remind users of the first time. And it will avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and be more user-friendly. The soft brush does an excellent job on parquet floors and the suction power is sufficient for daily cleaning. This is the best value for money compared to other cordless vacuums with similar features. The customer service is phenomenal. Good company! First impression: Received today. I have read the instructions and charged before first use. Make sure it is fully charged (solid green light). When I was ready to hit the power button, nothing happened. DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! (even a second) Very disappointed.
