This fitted straight onto my 1998 Honda CRV except the two front flange spring bolts are a larger diameter than the OEM ones Screws had and will not fit in a hole. I just reused the old screws and springs. The three bolts for the rear flange were the same size. Pretty easy installation. The old rusty one is harder to pull out. I saved a lot of money by buying stocks from Revain. It has two O2 sensor ports but is only required for rear use on a 1998 Honda CRV. Be sure to tighten the plugs on any connectors you are not using as they are not very tight when you receive them. The threads of the O2 sensor fit perfectly. With this catalytic converter the car started perfectly. My check engine light was already on so nothing has changed but the car runs fine so that's all I care about. No pollution controls where I live.
