Review on Achim Home Furnishings Cordless Venetian Home Decor in Window Treatments by Paul Letho

I ordered 8 pieces for the living room. Everything fits together (no color deviations). I was hoping the blinds would be thicker but they are thin like aluminum mini blinds. I bent the spare tire and it was the correct shape, but when I folded it completely in half there was a white crease. If you mount them according to the instructions, they will mount vertically instead of horizontally (leave that to China). ). Otherwise the installation was easy. A blind had an issue where the left side of the slats were hanging lower than the right. After looking at the others I found that one of the strings had come loose and after I put it back on it worked great. I have attached photos, the color changes depending on the time of day etc. If it had a little more yellow it would appear more mustard colored. The blinds are made from very thin vinyl with an embossed wood pattern. Anyone expecting a "real" wood look will be disappointed. I think the company needs to add a more accurate description of the slats (very thin as opposed to real wood blinds which are thicker). Overall they look good but I think they are a little pricey for the thinness.
