Tried these to do a double patio door. Hung 2. First, there is no way to get these to be less than 2” apart. The pictures they advertise show them with practically no space between them. Simple to install. We watched the installation video prior. It took about 30min to install it. It does wonders to block California sun in the summer. Some light goes through when the shade isn’t covering the entire window. I can sleep in again!

My neighbor began leaving her carport light on 24/7, which in turn lit up my bedroom every night as I was trying to go to sleep, even though my blinds were shut. This blackout shade solved the problem. The difference is night and day. Literally!

I have odd sized windows. 25 x 70 . It was tough to find blinds. The previous owner had blinds that were about 8 inches too short and the house looked awful. These look great! Just painted my house and the black shade adds a nice contrast to the light blue.

I have had these blinds for two months. I purchased 3 sets for sliding glass doors. They were great until one set broke making it unable to roll up or down. Kindly cheaply made with the plastic roller and chord. I would prefer something sturdier. Next time I’ll research more.

Our glass door is bright during daytime and causes a glare on the TV. I bought this for the color, it's economic, the size, and of course the light blocking feature. It's decent for the price range. The main hardware that attaches to the wall seems durable but the tabs on the end that holds the roller in place are plastic and is only pushed in. Was a little nervous because of all the bad reviews. If you install properly (USE THE ANCHORS) they will not pull apart the first time you use them. DO NOT USE the "stick on" brackets. There is no reason anyone should even attempt that silly idea of hanging, plus all the brackets are plastic.da wha why? I would love to give these blinds 5 stars because overall, they’re very nice blinds. However, the rolling mechanism in one them came off track within 3 weeks and I am unable to fix it. I reached out to the seller, but so far, no response. I would not recommend these as they are fairly expensive and should not break with 3 weeks of use.

They look great in my windows. I am south facing so the sun is intense. They block the sun well. Also, they are doing a good job of keeping the cold winter out. I like that the cord to raise and lower is pre-planned to be attached to the window frame, making them safer for homes with young children.

Normally when you have to drill holes in your wall to install a product, that product comes with a template showing you where to go. This template is nothing but a piece of paper, so virtually EVERY product that requires drilling provides one . but no this product!But it gets worse: not only do they NOT provide a template . they don't even tell you where to drill! It was easy to install and they look just fine. I really get cautious when I read Best Buy reviews. When you review a product you should review the quality not your constructing skills. If you can’t install it correctly it’s not about product it’s about your skills. I was hesitant purchasing because of some reviews it stated installation is hard and the blinds were failed to stay on their place. But now I know it’s all about how you install them.

Took me 3 minutes to install. Easiest thing I did today!It is great at keeping the sun out. My window is crooked because I live in an old building, but the main concern was no having light seep through my monitors.

Pretty easy to install and the light is blocked out really well. My windows have exactly 34" opening, so I ordered 34". Perfect fit.So far, so good!

I ordered about 15 of these shades in various sizes and installed them in 3 apartments which are rented by travel nurses. Responsible adults. Over half of the shades failed within 30 days. The portion of the shade with the chain seems to just fall apart.
