So far it's flying!
I don't hear this noise during the day when I wear it, but I've been around mosquitoes during the day. But at night ZAP ZAP ZAP ZAP. We plugged it in for a week and I feel like I'm winning the mosquito war. Sorry the moths are prey too :( I found one of our big grasshopper friends sitting on the outer cage so I'm glad to know they're reasonably safe. I have a packet of mosquito attractant at the spot in the base added. I think it helps to pull them towards the lamp. The cord from the plug is quite short (about 4ft.) A small brush is included to clean the fastener and base. The base comes out with a twist and unscrew with one click, which sometimes can be a little difficult to turn.It can be used easily and without bottom.
- For best results, we recommend turning on mosquito repellent two to three hours before bedtime. When the insect screen is hung.
