This wig was DEFINITELY NOT #1 (black). It was more like #2.maybe #1B.This is an upgrade. Although I felt the color was wrong I didn't give the dealer a chance to fix my issue. I was quite shocked when I received a sincere apology from the dealer asking them to let them fix the situation and that they were ok with that. I was blown away by their desire to meet the needs of their customers and for that they certainly deserve 5 stars plus a sincere apology from themselves for not offering this opportunity in the first place.
