I don't believe these to be 95% cotton. I think they are modal or something else. I can tell because all my modal rayon items take longer to dry than my 95% cotton items. They come out of my dryer exactly as damp as the modal when all my cotton items are dry. I also get sweaty if I sleep r exercise in modal, which is why I care. They are thin, stretchy, and a cool blue-white. Fine but I wish they were cotton.
