Spend $$ on a cold-weather coat

It was a waste of money. He is too small for my Pittbull which is considered a medium sized dog. I got XL. I think it might be for a plump Pomeranian? All I know is that my dog will be cold this winter if I don't take him to the store and try something on him BEFORE buying. If you take someone at their word, their buyer will be suspicious. Lots of scams.
