My kids used to run away and lose their charging cables so I bought this charging station. It works wonders for our family. We're all Android so we can charge 4 devices at the same time and I love being able to turn the blue light on or off. The slots are suitable for most tablets and phones. (We've used it on Kindles, motorcycles, etc.) I'll say that kids' Kindles with a large rubber body won't do, but that's okay. They are either against the slits or on the side. Since you insert transparent separators yourself, this can probably be fixed by not inserting a separator.
