So I bought this item from the seller and couldn't be happier. The goods arrived very quickly. I opened the package and turned on the device. The device went through the start-up procedure and was ready for use. I went ahead and wrote my name on the device because I write my name on everything. An hour after turning on the device, I got false positives. Walking down the street without a car was disconcerting. I removed the pad from my belt and went into the office. Then I looked at the device and saw the message shown above. After research, it turned out that this is somehow related to a defect and inoperability. I started the return process and sent the product back to the seller. I received a refund notification from Revain. The refund is 1 cent. The seller stated that I did not return the purchased item. The seller stated that the serial number of the unit is documented and that I tore the serial number off the box they shipped it in and they cannot confirm it is their product. Again, this is an honor system and I think I should have taken a picture and an unboxing video confirming that this is an item I purchased but did not purchase. So I ran out of the money I bought the item with and got a 1p refund. Disclaimer for Downsellers: All sales are final. Maybe that's why I can't get a refund for my defective device. So I would give 5 stars for shipping. But that's all.
