Good service. Be sure to measure the width of the mounting holes on your TV.

TLDR; Good no frills mount with excellent customer service. I ordered this size because my 42" TV met the specs for this mount (and I had previously installed it with no problems). Due to the lack of sizes I ordered one size smaller than required for my TV. I reached for a wider wall plate (thought I'd buy one). Everything seemed stable at the given weight. They got back to me within hours and now the right mount is on its way the next day. I can't say enough about how easy the experience was (one would say the mount would have to be a lot more expensive to cover that level of maintenance). Please learn from my mistake and estimate your mounting holes in addition to your TV size. However, if you have any problems, they will take care of you quickly!
