Review on Senegal by Peter Sullivan
A good solution if you need quick online ordering system
I like that it is very easy for me as an admin/manager of my restaurant (which has now been using Senegalese since last year) because everything can be done through their website or app which makes life easier! The only thing i dislike about them at this point in time would have something do with some minor bugs but they are working hard towards fixing those issues so hopefully soon we will see improvements there too :) Overall great product - simple yet effective way to keep track of all our orders and payments without having multiple spreadsheets etc running around everywhere.
Pros
- Ease of use
- Support from customer care team who were extremely helpful when had any problems
- Multiple ways you could input your order numbers into excel spreadsheet if preferred, eith manually via software interface OR importing directly onto Excel file itself.
- Can manage payment requests within same platform
