I collected a lot of furniture. I will say the quality of this product was good but the assembly was not. The drawers are not flush with the cabinet. The box it came in included an email address where the company could be contacted in case of any problems. So I photographed the drawers without being flush and asked how that could be fixed. I emailed them almost three weeks ago. NO ANSWER. Don't buy from companies that ignore their customers.

I ordered assembly for this trolley. My furniture assembly days are over. I've done my part on my own and it's not fun. Well worth the $89 I paid for assembly. I received the car about a week before the mechanic arrived. He was punctual and very nice. It was ready in about an hour and a half. The cart is great. I couldn't have asked for more than a bigger kitchen for a bigger car haha. It exceeded my expectations. By the way, the kitchen set in the photo is also from Revain. Great sentence!

The table top had the wrong size holes for the eccentric screws needed to hold the table top in place. I had to fill the holes with epoxy and put screws in them so I could use the damn thing. Also, one of the wheel holes was too big, so if I ever lift it a bit it falls out. I tried calling their customer service center but all I got after waiting forever was "Please leave a message after the beep". Wrote them a letter, but no reply. This kitchen cart was on the cheaper end of the carts I found during my research. Since money was the main factor in my purchase, I chose this car. This is a good cart and was fairly easy to assemble. It seems very durable and I love that it has 2 drawers. I wish the drawer cabinet had a shelf as I use it for pots and pans and have a lot of dead space in the cabinet. The side handles that hold the kitchen towel in the picture are very, very loose when using the screws provided. I ended up using my own screws and they were a lot more secure but tonight my 2 year old grandson got his hands on one of the handles and I noticed it moved a bit so I think I did will find. I liked the packaging and labeling of parts and equipment. This made assembly very easy. Some steps need two people to assemble to make sure everything is even. The upper is actually thicker and more durable than I expected. We did without towel rails to save space in the kitchen. But the holes were pretty big. That's why we added towel rails. After two days of screaming like crazy we put it together. The holes for the large screws to mount the drawers weren't big enough, so I had to drill holes a little bigger and deeper to get the screws in.
