I had high hopes that this type of toothbrush would be more effective. Firstly, the mouthpiece is huge and I can see some people struggling with it. I have a big mouth so it fits, but the mouthpiece is so stiff it doesn't allow for much movement while brushing. Vibration alone does not really clean the teeth. I think the mouthpiece needs more flexibility to adapt to different mouth shapes and sizes. If you throw away the U-shaped mouthpiece, it becomes a regular electric toothbrush. I prefer the pen grip for this function over the block grip on this product. In addition, there are much better electric toothbrush options out there. The charging pad is made of very light plastic and feels cheap, but it works. The handle looks high quality and is rubberized all around for a good grip. Overall, this is a U-shaped toothbrush that's too stiff to be effective for a variety of mouth sizes. You can still use it with other accessories, but in this case there are other options.
