As a result of using this product, I found that it didn't provide any relief from muscle tension or stress. The consistency of the product was too thick and didn't spread easily on my skin. The scent was also too overpowering and gave me a headache. The only positive aspect was that it didn't cause any allergic reactions. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a massage tool in the Wellness & Relaxation category.
