Haven't used the mopping system yet but my cleaning lady used it the other day and she loved it. It replaces what I had for a while. She really liked the wheels and handle, which made it much easier to move around the house, as well as the ability to drain dirty water with a drain hose. It took me a while to get used to unlocking the handle and pumping to move the mop instead of using the pedal, but after a few twists it was fine, she said. The mop heads also feel bigger and fluffier than what I had before. Overall this is like an upgrade from my previous Spinning Hurricane Mop System.
