Review on BLACK+DECKER BDPC941- Bug Zapper Replacement Bulb: Long-Lasting Solution for Effective Mosquito Control by Trisha Hunter

This 7 watt bulb is exactly the same as the ones in my now discontinued Redeo Bug Zapper. I was very excited when I found it as the bulbs only last as long as the zapper circuitry is likely to last for years. However, not everything is so easy to replace. You have to disassemble the entire body. You then use a small flathead screwdriver to slightly pry the tabs at the base of the bulb to loosen it. Just keep track of where everything is going when you take it apart. I have had excellent results with this low wattage lamp. Mine worked continuously for 2 years until it blew. My zapper tray is usually full of dead bugs when I check it. Highly recommended!
