Accessory Design Issues

Real, small and light, this case is great for travel, but I originally bought it to take up less desk space than the original large and chunky docking station. It takes up a lot of space, but the lightness revealed some flaws when first used. 1) Due to its light weight, it is very easy to be accidentally moved across the table due to the rigidity of the power adapter and HDMI cable. It even works with rubber feet. It's less than a quarter the weight of the Insignia Switch dock, and perhaps using some weights could help, but it's an issue nonetheless. 2) To make matters worse, everything happens when you try to unplug the switch. So it doesn't detach as quickly as the original dock and needs to be held down. 3) The slot is tilted at an angle that would be good for viewing if it weren't for a TV, meaning it's not very useful and you don't need it unless you're just using it as Docking station Good for this $100 docking station. especially at this angle. The guide post behind the USB-C head is also a bit small, so it wobbles back and forth. I used one of the extra small rubber feet and attached it to the stand to add a bit more thickness and it actually added a little to the stability. Am I too picky about what I want from a docking station? Maybe, but the problems I've had will surely affect some of my peers. This requires more weight to comfortably hold the original dock, and the dock had to be vertical instead of tilted.
