***UPDATE*** I contacted Vivo Support - they actually told me to turn the gas piston adjustment counter-clockwise 3-7 turns in the middle position to see if she is tight The difference between day and night is better! However, I leave below my first look back - to see WHERE I came FROM (below) - to be HAPPY (now). In fact, I walk around with the gun for a few days before deciding on a return/exchange. They offered (if I come back) to swap directly with them so they can test the replacement and fix the current issues. VERY friendly and quick response! ********** First Review Below ********** My monitors weigh 11.2 pounds each when supported on my arms. with adjustable tension as tight as possible, the monitor can be fully raised or fully lowered. Anything in between, and the monitor will quickly fail! Assembly isn't too bad and is awkward - probably 15 minutes for the average person. Pretty disappointing - I'm looking for an extension to put on an Allen wrench to maybe get some extra torque. But I guess I'll return them in a few days. So disappointing - I really wanted to like her. I like the detachable VESA mount and the built in cable management system - other than that the product seems well designed. More importantly, can the arms adequately support them?
