These little things are alarming. You are seriously that loud. My boyfriend and I bought them for a trip to New Orleans and to try them out before we left we folded one in a pillow before pulling the needle out and it still sounded like a real ambulance in our living room. It takes a decent amount of force to pull the stylus out, so we didn't have to worry about it accidentally detaching in our pocket. They're small enough to easily slip into your pocket or bra when you go out (laughs). Worked as expected. I still have mine after 4 years and it still works. Thankfully, I've never had to use it in a real-world situation, but it's convenient to carry around.
