this product has actually helped me get rid of a nasty cold (with rest and medication of course!), I no longer feel stuffy in the mornings (dry California heat!) however when I wake up, I have a small complaint that it dies too quickly after a certain amount of time/hours, but that's ok because you can charge it and use it at the same time, so it works! It is so easy to use and clean and I am very happy with this product!
