Review on General Color Tex Pencils Set by Angela Rodriguez

I really wanted to support a US company and I have other General products that I really like. Other than that, I have to rate them as OK. The lead feels "stiff" which means it doesn't flow, and I've tried pencils on different types of paper, different qualities, and for different purposes. Same result. I also expected something different (better?) for the price. I'm new to art supplies so I would recommend if you're looking to buy these pens try them before you buy. Your experience may be different from mine, but you may also be missing out on some of the little buyer regrets I went through.
