The cost of license renewal can be costly if you dont have alot more users than originally purchased per user licenses - meaning multiple copies required or additional annual fees are needed depending upon your usage amounts/size!! If looking into purchasing an offsite backup option then make sure thats included too otherwise data loss will occur during power failure scenarios when running from premise servers only without backups available! Great product overall just get proper licensing options setup so no surprises later down line once using their service!!
