Review on ๐Ÿ–ฑ๏ธ seenda Rechargeable Wireless Keyboard Mouse: Ultra Quiet, Long Battery Life, 3 Adjustable DPI for Windows Devices, Black and Blue by Joe Griffin

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not exactly quiet. No FN lock.

Better keycaps would help make this keyboard as quiet as advertised. It's quiet, yes, but not entirely quiet in my opinion. I'll try to be clear so others know how it will sound. A light tap is heard when you place your fingers on the keyboard. Hence much of the silence. The rattle is enough to make noise. The press itself is silent. So when you actually start typing, you'll hear more tapping noises. The mouse is really quiet and I would definitely recommend it if you could only buy one. Another thing to note is that it takes some force to press. on keyboard. It's not very difficult, but I wish it required less actuation force. Finally, it is obviously a beautifully designed keyboard and mouse set. The only thing I would like to draw your attention to is that the function keys and the multimedia keys face each other. Without the ability to lock the feature, it's annoying. To clarify, everyone is currently using different microphones during COVID so we have to turn the volume up and down quite a bit during calls to hear people. This shows up on the top row, but for some reason you can't lock it to those media layers. So the default is: f1 = (-) volume but media layer = music player f2 = (+) volume but media layer = (-) volume f3 = volume mute but media layer = (+) volume Hope my bookmark is the above shows where the discrepancy lies. It's very frustrating, and with no way to lock it, you either have to press fn + media or remember that f1 and f2 aren't what the media icon says. If you look at the Q&A section, there are users who are asking about the feature lock and can't figure it out. This was such an annoying bug that I was forced to return the keyboard and mouse.

Pros
  • Same as everything before
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
