(for dual monitor bracket) Well built, solid bracket but does not pivot. The material that this mount is made of is impressive. It's durable and not flimsy metal. Monitor arms have standard VESA mounting holes of 75x75mm and 100x100mm that fit all desktop monitors. The assembly instructions are weak and do not specify the height at which to mount the wall mount. Luckily I practiced at my shop with an old 2x4 in a vise; My original mounting location would have been about 15 inches larger. However, the pieces easily fit together once you figure out which piece goes where. Make sure the monitor arm's black plastic ring is facing the floor. As this is not a fully articulated mount, only the large arm (closest to the wall mount) is articulated. This lowers the monitor when you pull it away from the wall. It is extremely difficult to keep the monitor level and position you directly in front of you when you pull the monitor towards you or move it further away from you. As a previous reviewer noted, the setup only works better with a big hand.
