You won't have the WOW effect of peeling off tons of dead skin unless you've never taken a bath or exfoliated in your life. Once a week I exfoliate with a body brush. It was just as effective, maybe even more effective. Although I don't have a ton of dead skin, my skin feels amazing. You're worth it.
