INSUFFICIENT STEAM TIME
This product only steams the face for 7 minutes and shuts off. If you want to last longer, you need to stop and add water, which will delay the cleaning process. For some reason it leaves your face dry and tight. I'm used to my face getting wet after vaping. Not sure why that is. The instructions are poorly written, as is often the case with foreign products, especially in China where the English grammar is now well written. They have something for using oils but no instructions or demonstrations on how to add oil to a steamer or steamer head, just instructions on how to turn it on and off without burning yourself. Cheap as cheap I think. I got what I paid for.
