High quality and gauge.
While this grate would do a great job in handling charcoal/food (higher quality than my Weber grates), I actually use this for charring peppers and vegetables on our gas stove.
Better price and quality than a "designed” stove top grate.
- This fire grate let's in more airflow then the original and it does not clog with ashes.
- It does not distribute heat evenly.
