This is a great file and it has really helped my husband and I but BE CAREFUL. if you are not careful you will really hurt yourself. I've got a few cuts in some tricky spots (on my big toes) and I've been bleeding quite a bit and will be walking around with a band-aid and a little sore for a while. Make sure that after you've filed your legs back to normal, you treat that "new sensitive skin" with lotion or moisturizer right after application. Burt's Bees Coconut Foot Cream works best for this. file your legs before bed, put it on your legs, put a pair of socks over them and go to bed.
