I was excited to buy this item thinking it would solve some issues with my daughter dropping her iPad or drooling over it. She is a special needs child, she is 15 years old and she loves her iPad. This product is definitely durable. It's very difficult to take apart to clean and put all the grooves back on to make it work properly. The stand on the back broke a few weeks after we received it. So we need to prop it up with salt and pepper shakers or books so she can see it without the fold out stand. I tried to find contact information to email the seller to see if they would be willing to exchange our unit but I couldn't find it and the return period is in 30 days. I think there are better iPad cases that can outperform this one. I welcome any contact with the seller to possibly change my device.
