What did I pay for? The product is a complete failure.

The product arrived in a damaged (previously opened) package of poor quality. Headphones don't work. It is unfortunate that in the 21st century, customer service is so configured. And more problems are created than comfort in the conditions of developing online stores, online shopping. Trust in these services is lost and you don’t want to repeat purchases anymore through your application.

They connect to the phone without problems (honor 8x), the volume is good, the sound is pleasant (there is bass). I buy jbl products for the second time, both times I am pleasantly surprised at the price-quality ratio.
