The first two days of use were great. It doesn't take much to make this app useless. The part that attaches the bell to the swivel bracket is actually plastic, although the other end of the swivel that connects to the sink faucet is solid brass. They claim the entire body and fittings are solid brass so this is false advertising. Also, the standard swivel does not fit US standard diameter faucets, so you need to use a silicone adapter. Even with teflon tape, after a few hot water treatments, the connectors are deformed, but even worse, the shower head knob is stuck on the adapter! Avoid this product as it isn't $16!
