The chair is very comfortable and very good quality compared to brands like Kinsal. The base is metal instead of plastic, the leather is thicker, and the foam is thick memory foam instead of printed cotton. I had to deduct two stars from a 5 star product for using their size chart on their website. For both the size and weight, I was recommended a "crank" size, but it's too small in relation to the base. It's like half my legs aren't on the chair when using the included back support pillow, which is very disappointing. . The return or exchange policy is not customer friendly, so I decided to keep it, although I now regret it. Edit: After 15 months this chair has held up very well. I have many friends with gaming chairs; cheaper chairs have some sort of cotton padding over the wood base that will flatten out over time and you end up sitting in a tree. This chair has thick foam supported by straps at the bottom. Noticing this difference, I went back and added a star.
