So far I like my bag. I considered several options but settled on this one for style and storage. It easily fits my 14.5 inch laptop and cable. I was able to add a light jacket and other items without overstuffing the bag. The bath was well packaged and protected. No defects or problems. My only complaint and the reason I don't give it a 5 star rating is the shoulder strap. I wish it had more holes to make it shorter (I'm only 5'1") and it hangs lower than I'd like. I'll probably take it to the local shoe repair shop to have holes added. Another problem with the strap are the clasps. They look like silver plastic. I've only had the bag for a week with no problems but I'm worried it might break in the future. I'll update later if I use it longer.
