It's easy to use for any level of user from novice to expert. I can create all types of diagrams from simple flowcharts to complex process flows with multiple subprocesses. The tool has many different templates to choose from but it would be nice if more templates were available to choose from. This may require additional resources by Oracle to expand the range of templates available. This is not a problem per se but rather an inconvenience. Use this tool for creating any type of diagram, whether simple or complex and you will not be disappointed. My company has been able to streamline our business processes and improve operational efficiencies.
Pros
- User friendly GUI makes using very intuitive even when entering data into fields within various components (e g task nodes) where certain input text boxes have no labels displayed inside them just as easily find one another field through trial & error method! A wonderful product.greatly appreciated!!! :) ) 1 )0: )))))10 out 10!!!!!!
