My problems were resolved immediately
I bought this splitter to replace the 15 year old splitter that came with our house. Over the past few months, I have noticed an increase in pixelation and macro-blocking, as well as an excessive number of unrecoverable errors on my cable modem. The cable boxes were old so I replaced them all. I even replaced the cable modem which was also about 10 years old. The problems remain. Instead of paying for a technician to come in because I didn't think my cable company would tell me the problem was at home, I replaced the splitter with this product. Pixelation and unrecoverable errors disappeared immediately.
