I ordered this diaper bag about 2 months ago and have been very disappointed so far. I like the concept and design. Our previous backpack diaper bag was difficult to organize, especially as we increased the number of children to 2. What I like about this bag: Everything (mostly) in one place, small pockets help to organize things. The fabric seems durable; concise design. What I don't like about this bag: Firstly, I've only had it for 2 months and it's already broken - the magnetic closure on the front pocket has come loose. My husband found a piece but I can't get him to stay. Was thinking of gluing it but this magnet didn't work to begin with due to a part not being properly aligned. This makes the bag feel less smooth as this bag is bulky even when empty. The side "cloth" pocket is so lame. The zipper is useless, you can't wipe that little hole. After all, the bag is not very comfortable, especially if it is heavy. There is no padding here. Overall you get what you pay for. I haven't had it that long, so I don't want to buy a new one right away. But I'll keep an eye on the sale and probably won't hesitate for long. UPDATE: Customer service gets 5 stars for quickly contacting me to discuss my concerns and offering two sensible and generous options to address my frustrations.
