My cat fell in love with this apartment straight away! My cat is quite large (13+ pounds) and very long (24+ inches - from head to tail). Pros: The material is very stretchy and my cat enjoys scratching it. The "hole" is quite large and my cat can easily get in and out. Two-tone apartment. The upper part is rich brown and the lower part is tawny. goes well with most home furnishings. I particularly liked the packaging. The apartment arrived wrapped in plastic and then in a box. So there was no dirt/trash in the apartment itself. Also, my cat liked the box too. The condo is sturdy for my cat, but I wouldn't advise putting too much weight on it (like a small child). It can also be used as a footrest. It's the right height. The condominium is very light and easy to move around. It's also very easy to clean. A little soap and water will do. Cons: The apartment is "dumped". I have small pieces of carpet around the area where I am placing the apartment. It's not a problem for me, but maybe for someone. However, I "like" this shedding as it ensures the product is new and I'm sure it will subside once my cat "breaks" it.
