The strongest petrol diesel smells something

well so far it seems strong enough or strong although much thinner than I expected. (I thought I ordered the same one as a year ago). It's thinner but feels almost stronger than expected and doesn't seem to be wearing out. So there is a bonus. That. It's so horrible that I'm willing to switch to material that got wet last year or wire or thick sewing thread, whatever. I took 6 foot bamboo stakes for my garden, drilled holes in the top and tied them together in groups of twos and threes to form a teepee or traverse, then attached another pole on top to close the netting over my garden keep. hopefully holding the protein. Last year part of the trellis was too low and we had a tree fall. I'm involved with this so I'm reworking everything and laying it out so it's at least 6ft off the ground, so far it seems to be working fine but I have to say I'm very glad I'm not doing any of a project inside that stays inside I would have to throw it away and start with something else. I worry about having it too close to my plants in my garden, especially if it's raining or something. It's very rare in my life that I've felt something that strong, and I grew up on a farm, spent a few days in petrol or diesel all day, sat well in a tractor, and it wasn't like that. strong. So far I've gotten to the tied steaks and apart from that awful smell it works great so I guess it just depends on if your project is affected by the smell or where it's coming from. I seriously think that unfortunately it has turned out to be a complete waste of money for me because I just can't imagine putting it all over my garden. I'm not sure if I can place it anywhere in my garden. And I don't know, maybe it was my fault and maybe it's supposed to smell like that, I just know it really doesn't work for me. Maybe if I leave it out in the rain for half a summer, it will come in handy for something in the fall or next year.
