I followed the printed instructions to assemble this dual monitor arm and was dismayed to discover that the arm does not support two 27" monitors , as stated in the specifications or as shown in the instructions . Both monitors slipped out of position and fell onto the desk. The instructions say you should tighten the screws for larger monitors; This was not the case. I spoke to tech support and they suggested I unscrew the screws and lo and behold my hands are stable where I wanted them. When you loosen the screws you can feel the pneumatics being actuated - this contradicts the printed instructions and contacting tech support avoided needless hand withdrawal.
