Don't get me wrong, the materials appear to be high quality and the construction appears to be quite solid, unlike the flimsy brittle plastic brushes found in department store bins that break after a few weeks. But a few things: 1. The handle is too short. I didn't do acrobatics when I was young, and I'm not getting any more flexible or skinny as I get older. I can *kinda* get it to touch the inside of my shoulder blade. This "long handle" brush is only 15 inches from the tip of the handle to the very edge of the sponge, so you really aren't more than a foot away from your handle. It might have strong therapeutic value in other areas, but in terms of actually removing dead skin, it doesn't seem like a damn thing. Hence five full stars for "softness".
